Duplication errors: Titivillus

Information Governance needs a business case. One benefit is the reduction of errors in processing paper work.

But where do the errors come from? One possible source is Titivillus. He is a demon, a kind of gremlin from the medieval era. Very specifically, he was the demon who introduced transcription errors into the scriptora. You can't always blame the user!
